Dimos Sakellariou (Greek: Δήμος Σακελλαρίου, 1921 – 1986), was a great Greek cinematographer and cinematographer, with a rich body of work during the "golden age" of old Greek cinema. He was born in Delphi, studied in Italy and left his indelible mark with emblematic works, winning photography awards at the Thessaloniki Festival for the films "Neighborhood the Dream" (1961) and "The Dishonest" (1965). His name has been inextricably linked to the development of black and white and color photography in Greek cinema, as he possessed a special aesthetic eye that raised the artistic level of the films in which he participated.
