Content: Alexa Grace has a twin step sister Natalia Starr. The competition between them never ends, until the day she learns about Alexa's relationship with Carmen Caliente. April O'Neil is driving Lyra Law home from the eye clinic. Lyra got into an accident and has lost some of her eyesight. It's up to April, her caregiver for the week, to rehabilitate her.
