Content: Amid an apathetic closed-in neighborhood, ELIAS, a laudanum addict, lives with his GRANDFATHER and his NURSE. Bored and isolated, he decides to videotape the lives of the ones around him, starting a chain of problems with each subject he records: A lonely old man and his ever barking dog, a beautiful newlywed woman tired of her routine, a couple of drug dealers that seek in ELIAS some enternainment.
