Content: It's the second time ten-year-old Oskar Rathematz receives a letter from the class teacher to his parents. And his father had warned him: If Oskar gets another letter for inadequate performance or disruptive behavior there'll be a hefty punishment. Looking for a way out of his dilemma, the young boy finally thinks about help from the very top.
