The director of the orphanage, with the support of his wards, is fighting for its preservation. The head of the construction company Borisov wants to achieve his goal by any means and hires a professional to solve controversial and slippery issues Polunin, as well as a careerist Chizhikov, who hires bandits. However, the bandits only aggravate the situation, creating more and more problems for Borisov.
