A newspaper editor and his No. 1 reporter set out to capture him but not before they capture some "time" themselves in the ol' supply room. Finally, the latest victim agrees to act as bait. Although the rapist is finally lured out, he turns the tables on the 3 good guys by blindfolding them and having his final revenge!
