(High But Not Dry)

Content: Cousin Maggie goes away on a trip and leaves Honey Halfwitch with instructions on how to make rain to water their garden, on the account that the city has been suffering a drought for weeks. Honey successfully creates a raincloud, which catches attention of a cloud-seeder. He makes Honey the official rainmaker and successfully refills the city's water supply. Unfortunately Honey doesn't know how to stop the rain and the city starts flooding.
