Content: The little girl who is waiting for good news from her pregnant mother who is taken to city for birth and new born baby sister with her grandparents and the neighbours that came to their home, learns that she has to cauterize her own foot for her new born baby sister's health. The feeling of guilt and responsibility that she feels make her start to trying cauterize her own foot. After the lots of tense, fearful moments she gets caught by her grandmother before she managed it. End of the day she gets good news from her sister and mother but she continues sleeping instead of giving this important news to her grandparents.
