Content: Just under two weeks before the election, a party’s leading candidate is kidnapped, and a large ransom is demanded. When the party provides the money but the handover by its chairman fails, a sinister suspicion begins to take root among those involved. The kidnapped man’s wife takes the initiative and comes to some bitter realizations.
