Content: Samuel, father of two young girls who he loves deeply, is an official of a public transportation agency. Taking advantage of his influences to get illegal money, he allows some wrecked minibuses operated by minors to circulate without even caring. Much worse, Samuel is indifferent to the many accidents where innocent people get hurt. However, life will give him a great lesson.
