Content: On the morning of her birthday, Márcia wakes up and finds a hole in the floor of the living room of the old family home where she now lives alone. Desperate, she asks Hélio, her neighbor and former boyfriend, for help. He comes to her rescue, bringing with him memories and a snorkel. Márcia hides the hole with the sofa and tries to appear normal to Luís, her brother, who arrives on one of his rare visits. The two then find themselves grappling with the preparations for the party, while wandering through the past in an attempt to find answers and stop the rift that continues to erode between them.
