Content: Alois Spies was Europe's first "graffiti hunter" and was once notorious among graffiti writers as "Metro Kojak." After spending 25 years driving buses and trams for Munich's public transport authority, he moved to an internal position in 1985 and became responsible for cleaning subway stations. On his initiative, the MVG founded the AG/SV, a task force for graffiti and vandalism, with which he hunted graffiti writers for over a decade.
