Content: In the city of Mosconi, in northern Argentina, the handing over of oil exploitation to multinational companies in the 1990s disrupted the way of life of its inhabitants. The first roadblocks and the formation of the Union of Unemployed Workers arose. This movement was spreading as part of the resistance of an entire town against the high unemployment rate, the lamentable working conditions and the pollution of the environment.
