Content: "Paint the City 2" tells the story of how local youth and volunteers created a large scale mural in Appleton, Wisconsin. It features the work of artist Neo Medina and an original score by acclaimed composer Ricardo Jimenez. Through rain and blazing sun, Neo leads the community to create color and beauty where once there was none. Proving that given the chance, youth will always show up and rise to the challenge.
