Content: Integrative community therapy was created in 1987 by Adalberto de Paula Barreto, a psychiatrist from the state of Ceará, Brazil. Since then it has spread, having a center in Piraquara, in the metropolitan region of Curitiba. It is a genuinely Brazilian practice: the community suffers and, through the diversity of its members, they find solutions to their problems.
