Content: For a few years now, the Japanese government has been building complexes called "renewal housing estates" in the very heart of Fukushima Prefecture. More than a decade after the accident, the region, still heavily contaminated, has seen the emergence of these concrete neighborhoods, enclosed in the midst of wild, radioactive nature. This film paints an intimate portrait of the people who live there and offers a poetic reflection on the region.
