Content: The young Viennese gypsy musician Joshi Szalay travels to India and takes the same route that his ancestors had followed but in the opposite direction. His trip covers Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania, Greece, Anatolia and finally the northwestern part of the Indian subcontinent. The pop musician encounters gypsies who still retain many of the authentic customs, traditions, morals, taboos, legends and music of their nomadic ancestors.
