Content: One day, Matsuo comes across his classmate, Nanao Okuda, as she is about to jump off a footbridge. She explains that she was driven to attempt suicide by the overwhelming weight of her father’s debts and a break-up with her boyfriend. Deeply moved, Matsuo and Saga resolve to do whatever they can to help her. Just then, word reached them of a mahjong match between the Tenma-gumi and the Shuei-kai, with control of their territory at stake.
