The Satan is the commander-in-chief of an evil organization named the Satan-Cross， and his tusks give birth to an assassin named Kerberos & Chimaira and are brought into the world and two of them are about to overtake the world. The ambition of the Satan-Cross is spreading a level A kind of a drug called the Madness all over the world and to fall the world into their own hands.
