Content: The story, supposedly based on a Tahitian legend, concerns a young boy, Timi whose in love with Nenu - he intends to marry as soon as he earns enough money. He gets caught in a storm, while at sea, and ends up marooned on an uninhabited atoll. Months go by, and convinced that Timi is dead, Nenu is about to marry another man.
