Content: Episode 5 of the “Purple Mask” serials. In Paris, Patsy Montez is a philanthropist without funds. She, therefore, joins forces with the apaches, a criminal gang, so she can rob the rich to give to the poor. In this episode, she and her gang rescue Detective Phil Kelly who has been captured by a gang of art thieves. Later, Patsy and Detective Kelly are on opposite sides of the law again. Kelly is engaged to protect jewels which Patsy steals by means of an elaborate plot utilizing an airplane.
