(Indrāni)

Content: Despite her frailty and longing to end a bitter feud, the mother of the Indrans household remains a formidable matriarch. Her strength is especially evident in her confrontations with Ieva, whose actions she cannot forgive after discovering that her son’s letter was deliberately forged. The woman who once yearned for peace now finds her heart stirred by a deeper sense of injustice.
