Content: Professor Ernest Wearnkeal has problems with repeated thefts at his Egyptian museum. For help, he turns to the famous detective and author Oswald Read. Read arrives at the museum under the disguise of a Dr. Kearn who will study the museum's art treasures. As Dr. Kearn, he is also introduced to the professor's beautiful daughter Ester.
