Content: George Petit, the son of a bank cashier is a heavy gambler. After losing a significant amount of money at cards, he becomes desperate to recover his losses. In an act of poor judgment, George takes money and bonds that his father had been checking at the bank, only to lose those funds to the gamblers as well.
