Content: A stylized short documentary about the Reichstag building and its foreign cleaning staff. They mop endless corridors, remove dust from lampshades and clean countless windows. In voice-over, they talk about their work and the significance of the building. For example, one man enthusiastically cleans a text embedded in the floor, explaining that some of the letters are more difficult to clean than others - but without understanding the meaning of the text. Set in the center of German democracy, the film takes a philosophical approach to questions of politics and migration.
